de boer (Antwerp) is pleased to present Repeat After Me , the first solo exhibition in Antwerp by Belgian-born, London-based artist Aglaé Bassens , marking a significant return to her country of birth. The exhibition brings together a new body of paintings that reflect on the role of repetition in both artistic process and psychological experience, positioning painting as a sustained negotiation between compulsion, ritual, and recognition. In partnership with the Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp (M HKA) , the exhibition also includes a work by Guillaume Bijl from their collection.
