ADELHEID DE WITTE

Adelheid de Witte (b. 1982, Roeselare, BE) is a Belgian visual artist based in Ghent, whose practice spans painting, drawing, and installation. Her work is characterized by a poetic tension between abstraction and narrative, often navigating themes of displacement, memory, and psychological space.

She has had solo exhibitions at Ter Posterie, Roeselare, BE; BARBÉ, Ghent, BE; Cadogan Gallery, London, UK. Group shows include those at Plus-One Gallery, Antwerp, BE; Irene Laub Gallery, Brussels, BE; Wouters Gallery, Brussels, BE; and Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, Sint-Martens-Latem, BE.
